Casa Dolce touched the ground of Mykonos in 2010, carrying the art of the authentic gelato and an air of sweet novelty. Since then this “sweet” gelateria of the Island of the Winds has been imprinted on the minds of both locals and visitors as one of the top spots for delicious handmade Italian ice cream and all-time-classic desserts of high quality.
In our state-of-the-art gelateria at Evagelistraki, exquisite locally-sourced raw ingredients, fresh milk from Mykonos, and seasonal fruits meet with traditional Italian ice cream recipes, out-of-the-box ideas and expertise, in a wonderfully unexpected blend, leading to revolutionary ice creams of airy texture, great structure and crisp taste.
Awe-inspiring cakes, shortcakes, traditional syrup desserts, sweet treats and vegan options complete the premium variety of our products, which are produced on a daily basis and in small quantities, in order to ensure their freshness and top quality for you.
The equipment of our store is fully compliant with the HACCP system, and we use top-notch quality raw ingredients, mainly imported from Italy, for our gelato. We use fresh Greek milk to produce our gelato as well as the rest of our confectionery creations. Moreover, instead of frozen or canned, we select only fresh seasonal fruits. The delivery of raw ingredients is monitored according to the HACCP system standards, in order to exclude any quality and/or preservation related issues that may occur during the transfer of the raw ingredients.
